Boxes and Covers
To ensure maximum safety and protection, Trans International use plastic covers with a greater thickness
than is industry standard and our boxes are also over specification to provide a similar high standard of
protection. We also offer specialised cartons from wine packs with polystyrene inserts; other specialised
cartons include golf club and bicycle cartons
Crating
Trans International ensures that if crating is required then it is used on all removals regardless of
distance. Our in home consultants are trained to assist all relocates with their moves, and have the skill
base to recognise, measure and communicate the detail required to constructed a crate for the protection of
that piece (s).
Fine art and Antique's
This service is available in the designs and construction of cases to the specifications that meets
museums and gallery standards.
Storage
One of the key attributes that Trans International presents is the Network of facilities throughout
Australia; we have the access to more than 40 sites within Australia.
Our storage facilities in Australia utilises a "home pack" storage system. Each home pack is made of
ply timber to ensure the effects are kept clean and free from dust. All storage facilities have regular
maintenance programs in place to deal with issues such as vermin, plumbing / drainage and electrical
systems. We also have in place a fully integrated back to base security system.
These sites all employ the necessary resources and equipment to maintain a safe and quality driven
operating environment.
Insurance
Despite all the care and expertise in the world, the unexpected can still sometimes happen. That's why
we suggest you take out Trans International Transit Insurance to protect your belongings during transit
and whilst in storage. Our Transit Insurance gives you the peace of mind of knowing that you're covered
from the moment Trans International arrives to pack or to load your belongings, right through to the
delivery in your new home.
Inventory
On the day of uplift, an inventory is generated which serves several purposes. The "uplift inventory"
lines up to number labels applied to each carton or furniture item. These are recorded to include a
condition report that provides a clear and concise audit trail.

Pet relocation is a very important aspect of the relocation process. Many families see their pets as
an extension to the family and look for every care and attention to be provided. Trans International
again involves specialist third party service partners here to accommodate this service requirement. This
is a very common service requirement in our day-to-day activities and is managed accordingly.
Valet / Maid Service
The services provide assistance both pre and post removal. Tasks such as making the beds, linen being
placed into cupboards, crystal being wash and placed into appropriate cabinets, are all part of the
service offer.
Cleaning Services
House cleaning specialists can be organised for you at the time of booking. When you need to clean
your home before leaving, we can arrange professional cleaners to take care of everything for you.
